The form below is for the purchase of a small number of copies of Spreadsheet Professional. If the number of copies is not indicated below, or you wish to purchase an Enterprise wide licence please contact us at sales@spreadsheetinnovations.com

The process for purchasing Spreadsheet Professional is as follows:

Step	Action
1	Enter your cardholder details (excluding card number) on the form below.
2	Select the number of copies of Spreadsheet Professional that you wish to purchase.
3	If the shipping address is different from the cardholder address then please enter the shipping address on the form below. Note: If the shipping address is the same as the cardholder address this can be left blank.
4	Check the number of copies and the amount to pay at the bottom of this form.
5	Press the "Pay by secure Worldpay Server". You will then be taken to a secure site to enter your credit card details.
6	If your credit card is accepted you will automatically be sent an email to the cardholder email address provided giving details of how to download Spreadsheet Professional.
7	Goto the download site by clicking on the link in the email and follow the instructions provided.
8	We will send you a copy of the program on CD for backup purposes together with the invoice to the address provided.
