Known issues

Version 6

The first time you use the product two popup boxes will appear. Just click OK on the two boxes and the files will be correctly registered on your system.

If you attempt to use the 32 bit version of Spreadsheet Professional

on the 64bit version of Excel 10 you will get a message saying some objects could not be loaded. You may still use the product and it will function correctly. However, contact us if you require a 64 bit version that resolves this error message.

Version 4.03 and below

If you select the whole sheet by clicking on the top left hand cell in the spreadsheet with Spreadsheet Professional loaded, you may get a message saying "Out of virtual memory", and Excel may hang.

Temporary workaround: Do not select a whole sheet while Spreadsheet Professional is loaded.
